  • Current ambition: Become a change agent … and of course, have a positive impact in a community through tourism development.
  • How did I joined AIESEC? Few months before starting the university, in 2000, I met a couple of guys who were already in this University and I started going out with this new friends, they talked A LOT about AIESEC and of course I didn’t understand why. Once I started classes, I was sure I wanted to be part of one of the students organizations and I started researching about all my options; AIESEC seemed the most challenging and fun. I only joined in 2003.
  • AIESEC experience so far: I was recruitment leader in 2003 in ESAL, OCP of LDS 2003, LCP in Cordoba, Argentina 2003-2004; MC VP ER El Salvador 2004-2005. Communications Manager 2005-2006 and MCP 2007-2008.
  • Why did you applied for the MC? Because I want to be proud of AIESEC in my country and I know I have a team of excellent people who just need to be pushed a little bit to become great leaders.
  • Ethel 2010: I am a leader who is able to inspire through example and who recognizes and helps develop the potential of the people around me. I am able to make positive impact in society through appropriate and ethical decisions and putting in place developing projects
  • Why AIESEC? AIESEC is the organization in which I feel so useful, I learn something new every day, from the people in my team, from people abroad, from all over the world, that is one thing that I wouldn’t have elsewhere.
  • What would you like to be remembered for? For being the one who believed in the potential of the people and helped developed that potential.
